Stack Rooms
There are three stack rooms in the ground floor of which two rooms are stacked with text books and the other with back volumes of Journals.
The books and back dated journals are arranged on the shelves subject- wise according to the Dewey Decimal Classification Scheme.
The Library follows Open Access System.
Adequate seating arrangements with comfortable tables and chairs are provided in the stacks for the benefit of users.

Issue System
The users can pickup the document of his choice from the stack room.
The user has to enter particulars of the book i.e. Acc. no., Call no. and initials in the Borrower card and present the same with member ID Card for issue of books.
Circulation Section
The working hours for the issue & return of books are :
Weekdays : 10:00 a.m. to 3.00 p.m. and 04.00 p.m. to 6.00 p.m.
Saturday, Sunday and Holidays : Closed
Barcode Member ID Cards
Each bonafide user will be provided smart card with bar-code for the duration of course. The Member ID card is not transferable. Penalty for loss of member ID card is Rs. 500.
Overdue Charges/Fines
All the books borrowed from the Library should be returned on or before the date stamped on the due date slip failing which overdue charges Rs. 1/- per day per book will be collected. Receipt has to be obtained in the counter.

The books will be issued once to students of those categories according to their eligibility at the beginning of the semester.
Loss of Books
In case of loss or damage of book, the user has to replace the latest edition of the book or pay the price as per rules prescribed by the Library.
